THE MASTER'S DEGREE IN EDUCATIONAL SCIENCES AS THE AXIS OF POSTGRADUATE EDUCATION FOR EDUCATORS IN THE UNIÓN DE REYES MUNICIPALITY

Abstract

The opening of the Master of Science in Education in Cuba, it shows the development achieved by the country in this field, whose main manifestations are the existence of a science and innovation plan that meets the demands of all educational levels, the potential existence of a qualified scientist to develop postgraduate education programs, as well as a group of institutions and specialized centers. The Master is designed to and from schools, their curriculum is designed taking into account these assumptions, the results should be systematized and integrated into research projects.
