Abstract

The characteristics of the rural sector become very complex the attention to these institutions. This indicates the need for quality training for the educational work in this sector. The objective of this paper is to design a program for the would-be elementary school teachers who are training for rural multi-grade schools. It offers practical usefulness as a possible solution to a present day problem in the initial training of elementary school teachers, since it offers theoretical and methodological rationale for the teachers afore mentioned.
