Abstract

Strengthening participation and promoting access of women is a function of higher education in the XXI century, a statement of this nature at a time when man and society pass through complex scenarios in the political, social, technological, economic and cultural places the educational process in a singular importance to the future adoption of points of view on equality, including gender. To achieve this purpose a review of approaches to pedagogy and sociology ago, the construction of these contributions to underline the mediating role of social worker.
