The agroecological sustainability subject in the formation of Agronomist professionals

Abstract

The aim of the present investigation was to accomplish a critical analysis of the sustainable-agroecological approach concerning the high consumption of chemical in agriculture, whose paradigm is considered, at present, in the study program of the Agronomy carrier. A documentary analysis and the application of opinion polls were used as methods. Although it was verified that the high school graduated and employers accepted the they received a sustainable-agroecological approach of the agricultural production in the carrier, it is necessary to restructure the teaching program of the Agronomy carrier, that contribute with the critical formation of a graduated that could be able to forge a sustainable agriculture.
